Quad Zygoma Implants Based Rehabilitation for Severe Maxillary Resorption

Zygoma implants have become a very predictable treatment option in severe maxillary atrophy. Quad zygoma implants are particularly useful in dentoalveolar rehabilitation in syndromic patients such as ectodermal dysplasia, Papillon-Lefevre syndrome etc. This presentation will deal with the challenges and recent advances in Quad zygoma treatment concept.

Anterior Maxillary Distraction in Severe Cleft Maxillary Hypoplasia

Cleft skeletal maxillary hypoplasia is a big challenge to overcome. Anterior maxillary segmental distraction is a useful alternative to conventional osteotomies and full jaw maxillary distraction in such patients. This relatively simple surgical option will be discussed in the presentation.
